Changping embraces the largest stadium and sports center in suburban Beijing, holding more than 200 profit-making high-standard golf courses, skiing grounds and swimming pools, able to meet average demands for recreation and exercise. This can be summarized as “one leading and four supporting”, namely, to make the sports recreational culture the leading theme, and health culture, performing culture, folk custom culture and historical culture the supporting activities.
